Check out where to stay in Butwal and book an accommodation of your choice. बुटवल । बुटवल उपमहानगरपालिका–१ मा रहेको मणिमुकुन्द सेन उद्यान (फूलबारी) आन्तरिक एवं बाह्य पर्यटकहरूको गन्तव्यको रूपमा विकास हुँदै गएको छ । यहाँ बर्सेनि आन्तरिक तथा बाह्य पर्यटकहरूले अवलोकन भ्रमण गर्ने गरेका छन् । उक्त फूलबारीमा दुई वर्षको अवधिमा ९ लाख ५५ हजार २ सय ४४ जना आन्तरिक तथा वाह्य पर्यटकले अवलोकन भ्रमण गरेका छन् । जसमध्ये ९ लाख ७ हजार ९ सय २६ जना आन्तरिक पर्यटक रहेका छन । त्यस्तै, सार्क राष्ट्रका ४७ हजार ३ सय १८ जना रहेका छन् । यहाँ बाह्य पर्यटकमा भारतबाट बढी पर्यटकहरू आउने गरेको उक्त फूलबारीका कार्यकारी प्रमुख विक्रम बस्यालले बताए । फूलबारीमा आव ०७०÷७१ मा २ लाख ६१ हजार ३ सय ६६ जनाले पूmलबारीको भ्रमण गरेकोमा आव ०७१÷७२ मा २ लाख ६७ हजार ८ सय ७३ जनाले भ्रमण गरेका थिए । यस्तै ०७२/७३ मा ३ लाख ७३ हजार ९ सय ७९ जना पर्यटक फूलबारी घुम्न आएको समितिको तथ्यांकमा उल्लेख छ, त्यस्तै आव ०७३÷७४ मा ४ लाख ६६ हजार ३ सय ८४ जनाले भ्रमण गरेकोमा आव ०७४/७५ मा ४ लाख ८८ हजार ८ सय ६० जनाले पूmलबारीमा अवलोकन भ्रमण गरेको समितिले जनाएको छ । अघिल्ला वर्षभन्दा ०७२/७३ मा एक लाखभन्दा बढीले भ्रमण गरेका हुन् । पूmलबारी पिकनिक, विवाह, विभिन्न संघ÷ संस्थाहरूको साधारणसभा तथा अधिवेशन गर्ने उपयुक्त स्थानको रूपमा पर्छ । फूलबारीलाई अझै व्यवस्थित गर्न आधुनिक र व्यवस्थित गुरुयोजना बनाउन लागिएको छ । यसका लागि संरक्षण समितिले ३० वटा दीर्घकालीन कार्ययोजनासमेत बनाएको छ । ‘हामीले यसलाई पर्यटकीय गन्तव्यको रूपमा विकास गर्न आकर्षण चिडियाखानाको योजना पनि बनाएका छाँै’, उद्यान समितिका अध्यक्ष खेमप्रसाद लुइँटेलले भने । पर्यटकलाई लक्षित गरी संरक्षण समितिले उद्यानभित्र निःशुल्क वाइफाइ सेवा जडान गरेको छ । फूलबारीमा विभिन्न प्रजातिमा जनवार रहेका छन् । १५औँ शताब्दीमा मणिमुकुन्द सेन राजाले निर्माण गरेको शीतकालीन दरबार अवशेष पनि फूलबारीमा छ । जहाँ अंग्रेजसँग युद्ध भएको स्थान जितगढी किल्लाबाट मणिमुकुन्द दरबारसम्म दुई सय मिटरको सुरुङ मार्ग रहेको अनुमान गरिएको छ । यसको उत्खनन गरी फूलबारीसँग जोड्नसके पर्यटक आगमनमा थप वृद्धि हुने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ । ०३६ सालमा फूलबारी पार्कको रूपमा स्थापना भएकोमा ०५४ सालदेखि मणिमुकुन्द सेन उद्यान पार्कको नाममा पार्क सञ्चालन भएको छ । १५ बिघा क्षेत्रफलमा रहेको पार्कलाई २५ बिघाको क्षेत्र विस्तार गर्दै पूर्वाधार निर्माणको काम भइरहेको छ ।https://www.souryaonline.com/2018/09/199986.html#
